Subj: ALAUP 09/18 - AUP STUDENT RECORDS AND COURSE COMPLETIONS
1. AUP no longer uses D4H to track student records.
2. Unit Officers and Unit Leaders can check student records via AUPIS in Airtable.
3. Course completions and record updates must be submitted via the Course Completion Form (http://www.cgauxedu.us/course-completion/).
4. Refer to the Course Catalog chapter in current edition of the AUP Program of Study. "Pass Criteria" are listed for each course. DO NOT submit the Course Completion Form until you have satisfied all pass criteria, and are able to attach supporting documents to the form.
5. ALL courses need to be submitted via this process before a Senior PQS or Graduate PQS form may be processed.
