Subj: ALAUP 09/18 - AUP STUDENT RECORDS AND COURSE COMPLETIONS

1. AUP no longer uses D4H to track student records.

2. Unit Officers and Unit Leaders can check student records via AUPIS in Airtable.  

3. Course completions and record updates must be submitted via the Course Completion Form (http://www.cgauxedu.us/course-completion/). 

4. Refer to the Course Catalog chapter in current edition of the AUP Program of Study. "Pass Criteria" are listed for each course. DO NOT submit the Course Completion Form until you have satisfied all pass criteria, and are able to attach supporting documents to the form.

5. ALL courses need to be submitted via this process before a Senior PQS or Graduate PQS form may be processed. 

6. Please contact your Unit Leader or Unit Officer with questions.

1. Remember to register for Spring semester 2015!

2.  The manner to register has changed. To register, log into the AUP Portal at http://college.cgauxnet.us/portal. Click the class you're interested in on the menu to the right. Each class’ registration link will be included in the information page on the class.

3.  AUP is offering AUP 101 (Basic Introduction Course), AUP 210 (Boat Operations), AUP 230 (Marine Safety), AUP 240 (Vessel Examination), AUP 260 (Aviation), and, AUP 410 (AUXWEA).

4. Please refer to the Program of Study to determine what classes you need as well: http://college.cgauxnet.us/program.

5. BA-SUPA sends.

This mailing list is a one-way list from the Auxiliary University Programs (AUP) Division to all AUP students, staff, and instructors. Questions need to be routed through the appropriate Chain of Leadership and Management.
