Course Completion

Current AUP students are encouraged to send in documentation of their course completions as soon as they are done. Refer to the current Program of Study to determine the requirements for completion of each course.

The form below is the preferred method of documenting course completions. If the form below is not working, alternatively, please send an email to: charles.r.manley@cgauxnet.us, Branch Assistant for Student Records. This documentation is then reflected on the student’s official transcript.

SUBJECT: Course Completion - (your last name)

In the body of the email, include this information:

* Full Student Name

* Auxiliary Member ID Number

* Specific AUP course for which credit is being sought

Attach to the email all supporting documentation (clear copy)

Note: The Student Services Branch does not retain your documentation. Make sure you keep your originals. Students are also encouraged to upload documentation to AuxData II to be added to your official Auxiliary training record. Do not assume that data entered in AuxData II will be transferred to your AUP transcript. For example, to document your volunteer hours contributed and your uniform inspection requirement, you will need to take a screenshot of that information and send it to the AUP.
